Heine-Baux Art “Summer Bouquet” Draw – Official Rules

  1. Sponsor: The sponsor of this draw is Heine-Baux Art, Southwestern Ontario, Canada.

  2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, family members, and affiliates of the Sponsor are not eligible.

  3. How to Enter: Subscribe to the Heine-Baux Art email newsletter via the online subscription form at https://heine-baux.com during the draw period. No purchase necessary.

  4. Draw Period: The draw begins on the posting date of these Rules and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on December 1, 2025.

  5. Prize: One (1) “Summer Bouquet” limited edition print by Manfred Heine-Baux. Approximate retail value: USD $395. Prize will be mailed by the Sponsor, at their expense, to the confirmed winner at a Canadian mailing address (excluding Quebec).

  6. Winner Selection: A random draw will be held on or about December 15, 2025 from all eligible entries received. The selected entrant will be notified at the email address provided at sign-up and will have three (3) business days to respond to the confirmation email.

  7. Winner Confirmation: To be confirmed as the winner, the selected entrant must:

    • Respond to the winner confirmation email within the stated time,

    • Provide their full name, province/territory of residence, and full mailing address within Canada (excluding Quebec),

    • Correctly answer a skill-testing mathematical question without assistance.
      Failure to meet any of these requirements within the allotted time will result in the selected entrant being deemed to have forfeited the prize, and another entrant will be randomly selected.

  8. Odds of Winning: The odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  9. General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the draw in the event of technical issues or other circumstances beyond their control. Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this draw and in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy practices.

Release of Liability: By entering this draw, participants release and hold harmless Heine-Baux Art, Emerge2 Digital Inc., and their respective representatives from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation in the draw or the awarding, acceptance, receipt, or use of the prize.
